I placed my order on December 3, but then I had a question about a measurement that wasn’t included in the specifications. It took until December 8 to get a response to that straightforward inquiry. Another problem was with the shipping. It cost $10, and there were no alternatives. The item took from December 3 to December 12 to arrive in Miami. If I had ordered a similar item from Amazon, it would’ve been cheaper and arrived way quicker. My Amazon order showed up the very next day, and there was no shipping fee. Living in Ecuador makes receiving items tricky, and if something needs to be sent back, it gets even more complicated.

I snagged a saddle on Cyber Monday at a sweet deal, but a week later, the saddle I got was damaged. I reached out to customer support for a replacement, and it took about another week to get a response. They asked me for the box dimensions and the glossy weight for the return shipping label, which was a first for me. After that, I didn’t hear from them for a few days. I shot them another email, got a tracking number, and the next day received another one. Honestly, I’m not even sure which one is right. They never pick up the phone, and the only replies I get are through email.
